Usage 1. Insert the PPR Welding machine on the bracket. 2. Choose right size die for the pipe and installed in the heating plate. 3. Power-on ,press the function keys ,there is a settings button then adjust temperature with “up” key, heat the heating plate to 265 Centigrade. 4. Keep temperature of the heating plate at 265 Centigrade ten minutes. 5. Insert the PPR pipe that with smooth and neat head to the warming die，heated it for 7 seconds. 6. Pull out the heated and melted PPR pipe and the PPR pipe casing ，dock them in no time , keep 3-4minutes ,then the weld is finished . 7. Power-off , remove the mould head till the temperature below 50 Centigrade ,put them away in toolbox.. Note: There is a certain number for PPR Welding machine produced by my factory ,please replace it if your order has problem in the process of using .
